Hakushi Hasegawa’s first live tour “Hakushi Hasegawa First tour 2024 MAHŌGAKKKU” will be held.
This tour marks the first solo concert since the ‘New Garden Showcase’ held at Tokyo’s Ebisu LIQUIDROOM in 2021, and it will be the first time it is held in cities outside Tokyo. Performances are scheduled for October 9 (Wed) at INSA in Chuo Ward, Fukuoka; October 11 (Fri) at BIGCAT in Shinsaibashi, Osaka; October 18 (Fri) at JAMMIN’ in Nagoya, Aichi; October 21 (Mon) at Sound Lab mole in Sapporo, Hokkaido; and October 25 (Fri) at LIQUIDROOM in Ebisu, Tokyo. Rapper KID FRESINO will guest appear at the Osaka and Tokyo shows.
On June 11 (Tue), “Gone,” a song performed with KID FRESINO from their second album “MAHŌGAKKŌ” to be released on July 24 (Wed), was released as an advance single. The song is just over 2 minutes long, with both artists’ vocals and rapping at over 200 BPM, and is full of a sense of speed.
The comments from Hasegawa are as follows.
I have released a new song created together with KID FRESINO called “Gone.” This is the song from the album that I feel I made without really understanding it myself. There’s very little I can explain about it other than that it just keeps running.
Additionally, I will be embarking on my first tour, “Mahogakko,” inspired by the magic school. KID FRESINO will be joining me for the Osaka and Tokyo performances. This tour will likely be my best attempt to respond to the album “Mahogakko.” I look forward to seeing you there. (Wow, it’s done.)
